MEMBER TESTED RESULTS
Arthur Flinn, San Antonio, TX

“The Homelite Honda 3100 PSI Pressure Washer matched a commercial grade pressure washer in performance with a fraction of the weight. The wand and hose had great weight and maneuverability, and large wheels made moving it very easy even over grass and bumps in the yard.”

John Keegan, Ormond Beach, FL

“It started on the first pull, and was highly effective with a Honda engine for reliability. I liked the 5-way spray nozzle that allows rapid change of spray pattern without the possibility of losing individual nozzle tips.”

cpatick1--you need to call customer service. The wait is about 15-20 minutes, so find something constructive to do while you are on hold, but eventually, some nice polite guy will answer. When he does, give your customer ID # and tell him you paid your $24 for two years memebership, and I have found them to be responsive. You can also enter your membership # online to verify they recieved payment, so you have stronger base from which to argue.

Yours for stricter consumer realtions and corporate responsibility,

I became a lifetime member about 1 1/2 years ago. The magazine is great and I have tested 3 different products (that I got to keep for FREE) It is not a gimmick it is real people helping other handmen or handywomen out to give real reviews about real products. I have reviewed Screwdrivers, Routers and my last one was the Homelite Honda pressure washer and they really come in "handy" around the house!

I have been a Life Member for several years now and have recieved three items to review and keep Rust preventers which worked well, a riding mower flag staff which I could not use since i don't have a riding mower so I borrowed one to use, and a utility knife worked well. It is not a gimmick and I am still waiting to get to review a tool I can actualy utilize. I am a professional contractor/builder...
