The Orbiter ($29.99) allows DIYers drill holes and drive screws at nearly any angle. Its split-body construction allows each half to rotate a full 360-degrees to work in areas that would be inaccessible with a traditional drill/driver. I purchased one of these tools and find that it is very hard to get to the position needed, awkward and cumbersome. I would not reccomend it to anyone because of the bulk and inconvenience.
