2. Where do I find my billing/reference number?

Your billing number is located in the upper right hand side of your bill underneath the Billing Date. Your billing number is 8 characters long and will start with a letter.

Your reference number is located on the left hand side of your bill just below your name and address.

 Or, your reference number is located on the left hand side of your bill just above your name and address.
