My husband's Handyman magazine arrived right after he left to help our son with his bathroom remodel in another city. They were having trouble getting the stool to fit tight after having installed a new tile floor. I remembered seeing the article on installing a toilet-flange extender and told them about it. Neither he nor I was able to access that article from the magazine. Although I read the article to him, with would have been better if he could have pulled it up online to see.

Your site is the most unusable I have encountered. I wanted to pull up an arcticle, from the February-March edition of your magazine, to print out and send to my son. The article was "Building for Baby" and they are expecting in Sept. There is no way to print out an article and if you want to pull up the article from the magazine that to is impossible. What kind of site is this? Ever think of having someone competent redo your site? I have tried to use your site several times and have always come out of it frustrated. No different this time. Also, you must be experiencing financial woes since I had to threaten just to get my FebMar issue of the magazine. Is there anyone there with a little common sense and competent enough to figure out how to solve problems with the site and your distribution? Woe is me for trying to use this unfriendly site again.
