llatchin, Have you got the new Mag. yet??? Seems there either early or Late . Mostly late.

Hay jakeLake32336 I'm in Calif. and I wont see my Mag. for at least 3 or 4 weeks.

I thought we had all of November to enter the Oct/Nov Quiz. Especially since they were a month late!! WHAT THE ? is putting it mildly.

Wow, I didn't think there would be any chance of complaints for loading an issue early. The Magazine ships to subscribers from the printer at different times. Some people already have the magazine. I wanted to be sure the new issue stories were loaded on time, so I posted them a few days early.
You can still get to the Oct/Nov quiz. You can always get to the previous issue (AND STILL ENTER THE QUIZ) by clicking on Past Issues in the drop down menu under Handy Magazine on the top tool bar. Here is a link to the quiz:

Thanks Dan, At least we know some one does read our comments(or Complaints ) But think the printer could get closer to the first day of month, Usualy takes postal service seven to ten days from printer. This depends on the area where printer is located.I get a lot of catalogs and most of them have printed on the back ( Att. Postmaster Please deliver 11/14 -11/18 . for example) and it usualy arrives very close to these dates. Zip Codes was a wonderful inovation

the quiz was real easy. some times you really need to look the magazine over from front to back. thanks you do a great job with the magazine

Eureka, The mail man found me again right on time , This is the way it should be. Work bench is very nice and as they say you could pass it on, But the cost of the Maple (which is best) Or even oak would bankrupt most of us. Mississippi Mohogany (yellow pine to the yanks out there) could be used but the extra screws and glue to hold it still would cost also. There fore I will stick to the saw horses and clamp method Can always dissamble them and stand in the corner wont cry when you drill holes in them either. Lots of luck on the contest.

HELLO DAN.DO YOU KNOW THE DEC/JAN QUIZ CONTEST HAS BEEN CANCELED.I KNOW ALL THESE ZLICHES ARE NOT YOUR FAULT BUT,WHEN THE NEW ISSUE CAME OUT EARLY/ON TIME WE WERE ABLE TO ENTER BOTH CONTEST FOR A FEW DAYS. I THINK THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED,THE COMPUTER CANCELLED BOTH OF THEM. CAN YOU PLEASE TAKE TIME FROM YOUR BUSY SCHELUDE AND GET THIS ERROR FIXED AND BRING BACK THE DEC/JAN QUIZ. Where do you put the answers?

I added answers see no submit button

hello rlavallee1 and mvaughn. start by going to mag. app at top of main page. click on current issue. when screen changes click on quiz line. when new screen appears scroll until pictures disappear then there are lines for each pic. insert your answer for each one then your personnal info. the submit button is at bottom of screen. hit submit, then scroll up to see if you are successful in entering. hope you get through. good luck, i hope this has helped.

Though I do like doing the Quiz, the fact that you put the answers in there is less of a challenge. But, I still go through it from front to back. I don't even need to be told of the answers.

mvaughn, When you get to the Member # box do you Tab or scroll to the next . If you tab then go back to scrolling. and see if this helps. You should see the Submit button just after the Member Number box If you tab it will bounce you back up the page a little. When I start entering I tab all the way to the last box(which will be the Member Number) then I stop and scroll down to the submit button. Try this and see if it helps. Good luck.

HELLO mvaughn. YOU ARE REALLY HAVING A HARD TIME. I THINK YOU ARE SOMEHOW SCROLLING OR TABBING PAST THE ITEMS YOU NEED. HOW ARE YOU GETTING TO THE QUIZ SITE? I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM UNTIL I BOOKMARKED THE CLICK AND WIN APP. NOW I GO TO THAT BOOKMARK, CLICK ON IT AND IT TAKES ME DIRECTLY TO "CLICK & WIN" I ENTER AND THEN GO TO THE "GREAT GIVEAWAY" APP AND ENTER THAT, THEN TO THE MAG. APP. CLICK ON CURRENT ISSUE AND THEN THE QUIZ LINE AND EVERYTHING COMES UP. TRY HAND TYPING IN EVERYTHING REQUIRED AND SLOWLY SCROLLING DOWN TO THE NEXT WITHOUT USING THE TAB BUTTON. I HOPE I HAVE HELPED.

Cant's Submit. Fire your Webmaster!

Hello jbenmac1, Try this to see if it helps you with the submitt button.
First while Your browser is open go to TOOLS, On menu bar The first item will be DELETE BROWSER HISTORY (ctrl+shift+delete) . this will take a lot of garbage off your system. If it is needed browser will reload it any way.
Next step Close Browser. then Open Under Start Menu. Go to Accessories, then go to system tools, Open systen tools , Preform the Disc clean up, and Disk defragment. This may take a while. so Justsit back and relax. let it finish. Then Close your Computer (shut off) wait about 5 minutes then re boot Computer. and try again.
