Hi,
 Any handy man/women in Los Angeles looking to swap/barter?  Your handy services...in exchange for??  I have amazing jewelry, antiques, tons of cameras and camera equip.  Fantastic clothing, Furniture etc. etc.  I need spotlights, hard wired, in front of home replaced.  Old caulk removed and replaced around 2 sinks and 1 bath tub.  Lite tile grout repair.  Garden sprinkler repaired (very minimul).  18" of tile replaced in bathroom...damage due to last small quake a few months ago.  Fence sanded & repainted.  1 broken brick on stair needs to be replaced.
Home is in the Beechwood area.  Only serious folks please!  Let's not waste time!  I am, unfortunately, unable to do physical labor due to illness.  Feel free to ask any questions.  Again only SERIOUS folks PLEASE!!

I'm sorry no one has gotten back to you on this.  Are you still in need of repairs?  I am about 70 miles or so out east and work a regular job 50 + hours a week, but if you are still in need and not in a huge rush I could put in some weekend time for you.
