Try a section on your duct work, if you have any, to see how it sticks to metal. That's about all you can do with 18". |

I didn't think the testing products could get any cheaper, but this really blows me away. Retail value, .99 cents. Manufacturers cost, probably .10 cents. After all these years as a member, I've finally come to the conclusion that the only real purpose of asking for your profile is so that they know who to sell your name to for advertisers. They'll get no more profiles from me, and I won't waste my time reviewing their strip of duct tape. The postage is worth more than the product. Then again,----------- maybe I will send a suggestion as to what they could do with a piece of the tape. |

Originally posted by: Rockyland on 2/4/2006 8:47:52 PM Ok I got my 18" piece of duct tape. I blew the top radiator hose on the old truck today. I wrapped the hose with this 18" piece of tape and I was able to get to the parts house and replace the hose. I was 10 miles out of town, the tape and my drinking water saved the day. I think it is a little pricey at .99 cents, I suggest they either lower the price or add a little more tape. Rocky |

I did return the survey with my personal comments concerning the alleged tool testing program. Can't print it here because they would probably ban me from the site.I'm sure someone was ammused by my remarks. |

I've taken it and used it to tape over a rotted out rear fender. Starting at the bottom and overlapping the strips until I got to the molding.
Once the rust holes were covered I painted over the tape.
I was able to sell the car that I bought for $35.00 (and drove for 14,000 miles) for $175.00. |
