I'm looking to find stems for both hot and cold faucets, as shown in attachement. I would prefer not to replace the sink as it would mean a complete renovation to the bathroom. I want to keep things in the newly purchased house as period as possible. The house is over 100 yrs old. Bob P

Have you tried True Value or your local plumbing supply store?

I don't think they are a 100 years old but well used.

Take the stems with you to any good plumbing supply house and they can match.  It would help if you could ID the faucet brand.  In fact, take a photo of the installed set-up as they may recognize the brand.

I agree with Zip. I would also like to see the installed set although I'm sure I can't help but I am curious.

Recently replaced similar parts, but 75 years younger - lol.

Walked into a large plumbing supply house, and the counterperson, took one look and identified the manufacturer and the parts - brought out the exact ones.

Sure saved a bunch of time looking on my own at the big box stores.

The trouble is I threw out the parts by mistake, but had taken the pictures I posted. I have pics of the sink , but no pic of the complete set-up before I disassembled. Hope this helps.

I thought I recognized those faucet parts. My brother has that same exact sink in his house. Just in a different color. I'll check and see if I can find any manufacturer name. I have repaired/replaced parts of that faucet for him. I just took parts to my local plumbing supply store. They knew exactly what parts they were and had replacements in stock. You probably won't have the same experience at one of the big box stores.

I (we) didn't know you removed the valve body.

Can the seats be removed...looks like a bunch of rust may have locked them in.

Center to center should be a standard so just replace the whole fixture since you appear to be involved with a remodel project.

Looks like there is a stamping at the middle of the valve manifold that tells you what brand the faucet is and a good plumbing shop should be able to get the parts for you.

The side of my brother's sink says - "Standard". The name is in quotes on the sink. That's the only name I could see anywhere. Hope this helps.

You might want to contact Comet Plumbing at www.cometplumbing.com and ask the same question with your pictures. This company has worked wonders for a lot of people.
